Not a Sexist Elitist Snob

I am an elitist snob. At various times in my life I have considered improving this, but it always comes down to my being better off just having a few good friends. My friends / co-workers are also to various degrees elitist snobs. This is fine. But what I must refute is the notion that we are sexist. Politically incorrect yes, but discriminating based on hardware, no.

There are those who make it within the "inner circle" at work and those who don't. This is never formally declared but can be ascertained from the tone of harassment. We harass everyone, sometimes it's just a little more serious. Let me examine the incompetencies of those shunned, first the girls then the boys to see if we are indeed being sexist.

First up, barely overlapping my time here, is A.P.. She was a spoiled rich hippy brat who used company time, resources, and even materials from our application to publish her book. Next is K.O.. She would constantly set herself up for failure. We all make mistakes all the time, it comes down to how you handle it. Lastly, Talkie. Nothing more need be said of her. That is three, on to the boys.

R.S. or just B. is grossly incompetent. His latest royally unrestrained fuckup could cost between 5 and 30K. So if I get laid off for a few months... Jumping ahead of myself, let's go back to Lazy Jack. Trying to stay more anonymous, but the Maynard Moose reference couldn't be helped. Then there was grumpy old J.A.. Good intentions but unproductivly confrontational, and in the end simply unproductive. Now we have T.H., who barely even comes in to work anymore and has been pawning off his job responsibilities. There have also been a number of short term contractors, C. was a fool, and I strongly suspect that G. was a pathological liar.

More boys than girls, but that's true of this field. Still, I place the girls batting around 500 (we still have 3 in an inner circle of about 9). 50%'s not bad considering that we are elitist snobs.
