On a slightly related note (getting at the reason I'm doing this fenageling on the front end) I'm considering switching from pair to dreamhost. Actually I've been thinking of switching for like 4 years, but now dreamhost has a plan with PHP for $10, which is only $4 more than my current plan.
Now that Blogger has Atom, an XML syndication feed, I could use Blogger as a publishing tool while completely re-working the way it is displayed.
