From the 101, 7.9 miles up Kanan Road (becomes Kanan Dume Road at Mulholland Hwy) park right before the 3rd tunnel.

Misadventure

At the bottom of the of the waterfall was a dead deer. I only wish I'd taken the time to look down from the top BEFORE climbing down and the scrambling up the stream to the base of the waterfall, surrounded by high walls on 3 sides, placing myself neatly between mountain lion territory and the bait.
